The entire population of Gaza, roughly two million people, is on the brink of famine and MCC is facing delays in delivering food aid by truck.

The main issue MCC is facing is getting through the borders into Gaza to bring food relief. 

For anyone looking for a laugh and a show, Providence University College is putting on a brand new comedy musical called When You're a Star.

Marc A. Moir and Laura Kathleen Turner not only wrote the new musical comedy being performed at Providence, but they also star in it. 

Jordan St. Cyr is celebrating while on tour after hearing that he won the Juno award in the category of Contemporary Christian/Gospel Album.  

This was the first time St. Cyr was nominated for a Juno award. 

A family from the southeast is grateful for the incredible recovery of their father after an almost year-long stay in the hospital. 

"In 2021 around December my dad was actually diagnosed with COVID and he ended up in a pretty bad state," says Stephanie Karalash from Blumenort. "He got sicker and sicker and then they put him to sleep."

Guy Bouvier, Karalash's dad, from St. Pierre-Jolys was unconscious as his body tried to fight off the virus for a few months.

The Winnipeg Airport Authority is offering tips to people and families travelling by plane this holiday season. 

"The days leading up to the holidays are typically one of our busier times," says Michel Rosset, the Communications Manager with the Winnipeg Airport Authority (WAA). "December 22 and 23 are going to be our busiest days."

Rosset shares that Winnipeg Richardson International Airport is expecting to see roughly 12,000 people coming through each of those days.
