Update: RCMP seek help locating missing 16-year-old from Olds
A previously reported missing teenager from Olds has been found.
"He has been located safe. Olds RCMP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance," police said a brief update.
The 16-year-old was reported missing earlier on Saturday.

First Nations leaders say the pride two Saskatchewan courthouse staff felt on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation turned to shame after they were told to change out of the orange clothing they wore to work.
The Meadow Lake Tribal Council, which represents nine First Nations, is demanding Saskatchewan investigate why the two First Nations women were told Monday to go home from the courthouse in Meadow Lake, northwest of Saskatoon, to change their clothes.

Medical emergency sparks 'Hold and Secure' at Airdrie high school
A letter sent to the parents of George McDougall High School students reassured them that the Hold and Secure protocol was due to a medical incident.
According to the letter, an ambulance was called to the local high school in the morning to assist a student experiencing a medical emergency.
Hold and Secure restricted access to hallways and the front entrance to allow paramedics to work without interruption.
Principal Scott Bloxham stated in the letter that no further details about the incident would be released to protect the student’s privacy.

DiscoverAirdrie asked the province to comment on the matter. Sherene Khaw, Communications Director for Alberta Seniors, Community and Social Services, stated that the FSCD program has not been cut, and funding has been maintained.
Airdrie resident on why she's running for the cure: 'Just stay true to yourself'
The day Airdrie resident Jennifer Herbert McCreary heard the word "cancer" from her physician, her world turned upside down.
"All of a sudden, everything I built up as important for me, in terms of a foundation, was breaking apart in front of my eyes. I didn't want to be a patient. I didn't want to end up with a diagnosis that was going to end poorly," she recalled.
At 42, McCreary was diagnosed with stage 1-B breast cancer, a diagnosis that led to multiple rounds of chemotherapy and, ultimately, a mastectomy.
