HDHF Radiothon

Day one of the Humboldt and District Hospital Foundation’s Equip to Care Radiothon was a major success, raising a total of $5,385.

The Radiothon will continue until March 21, 2023, with donations always accepted.

Day one of the Equip To Care Radiothon is well underway and we have heard from some pretty impactful people sharing details about equipment needs for the Humboldt Hospital.

Melanie Olynick, Director of Acute Care SE1, joined us to talk about COPS and acute care facilities.

Laurie Hafner, Clinical Nurse Lead, joined us to talk about the new recliners that are being purchased for the hospital as well as the nurse call system that we implemented.

It was a busy few days at the Humboldt and District Hospital for the Humboldt and District Hospital Foundation’s Equip to Care Radiothon. 

The week kicked off on March 27, and went through until March 30, 2023, raising funds for various pieces of equipment for the hospital.  

A total of $73,239 was raised over four days through many donations. 

The Humboldt and District Hospital Foundation is very thankful for all those who donated throughout the week.
