Manitoba Environment, Climate and Parks continue to advise all provincial park visitors to carefully check and monitor conditions before heading out this weekend as some campgrounds and trails are closed to help protect the health and safety of Manitobans.

Adult & Teen Challenge officially open their Steinbach Men’s Centre

It was a full house at the Steinbach Adult Teen Challenge Men’s Centre Sunday afternoon, as they held a dedication ceremony which several hundred community members came out for. The ATC Open House meant the public could check out the building and meet its staff and students.

Steinbach Community Office Ministry Manager, Amy Marasco says, "I'm just super excited to be a part of Adult Teen Challenge here in Steinbach, and to be a part of this community."

Steinbach Bible College grad and farewell to President

Steinbach Bible College held its 2022 graduation celebration this past weekend.

Outgoing president of the college, Dr. Rob Reimer says, “it's fantastic, to be in person and to be able to physically hand a degree to our students and have a banquet with them and their families. That was just wonderful. It felt so good to be back together again.”

Despite the pandemic Prov celebrates largest grad class in recent memory

Providence University College and Theological Seminary are celebrating their largest graduating class and also their most close-knit class, in recent memory.

Dr. Nicholas Greco, Academic Provost says, “this is the first time that we've met in person after a couple of years of virtual graduations. It's sometimes hard to gauge how large our classes have been in the last little while, but this year is the first time that we've been able to, and we're excited to celebrate in person with all our graduates.”
