A 46-year-old Assiniboia man will be returning to Moose Jaw Provincial Court on Jan. 16.
Legal Aid lawyer Suzanne Lalonde appeared in court on the man’s behalf on Thursday and was granted an adjournment to get more disclosure from the Crown prosecutor.
The man, who cannot be named under a publication ban, is accused of sexually assaulting three boys under 12 years of age during the mid-2010s.
On Nov. 27, RCMP conducted a search warrant at a home-based daycare operating in Assiniboia and the man was arrested as a result.
The man is facing charges including sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, making sexually explicit material available to a person under the age of 16, voyeurism and possession of child pornography.
