One person has died after a late-night multi-vehicle motor collision east of Beiseker on Tuesday evening.
Mounties said they have since cleared the scene on Highway 9.
Late on Tuesday evening, Airdrie Mounties responded to a multi-vehicle motor collision east of Beiseker. The collision occurred near Highway 9 at Range Road 252, shutting down traffic, with police saying that traffic in both directions was being diverted. The highway was shutdown for several hours as emergency services responded. However, on Wednesday morning, it was reported that the highway was fully re-opened.
Police said they anticipate more updates later today.
