Alexander Leslie Daniel, 61, of Caronport, Saskatchewan passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024, doing what he loved doing.

Alexander (Alex) was born to Claira and John Daniel on February 22, 1962, in Calgary, Alberta. He was a jack of all trades, a locksmith, an appliance technician, and an entrepreneur. Alex was always looking for the next big project.

Alex is survived by his six children, David, Jamie, Amanda, Nathan, Rosie, and Elysia. He is also survived by his two siblings, Chris Toth and George Daniel; his four granddaughters, Kendra, Maddison, Elena, and Aunna. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Claira, and brother Thomas.

Alex was a father, a brother, and a son. Aside from his passion of being an entrepreneur, Alex always enjoyed having coffee with anyone who wanted to join him. Whether the other person was on the phone, sitting with him in his truck, or at McDonalds. He loved his two dogs Rex and Panda. He loved laying on the beach whenever he could. Alex also loved sports cars, especially his Tiberon, he searched for years to find just the right one and was so proud when he finally got it. Alex was always there to ask for advise or to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He always had a smile on his face and chuckled at everything. He touched the lives of so many people, he is a true loss to this world.

Alex’s family is holding a Memorial Service on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at W.J. Jones & Son Funeral Home, 474 Hochelaga Street West, Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made in Alex’s name to Joe’s Place Youth Centre, 402 Main St N, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 3K2.
