Neepawa RCMP investigate fatal accident near Gladstone Sunday

It was a tragic Sunday afternoon just south of Highway 16, near Gladstone.

At roughly 12:20 p.m., Neepawa  RCMP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 34.

A southbound minivan was making a U-turn on Highway 34, when a motorcycle travelling south collided with the van.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 21-year-old man from Austin, died at the scene.

The driver of the mini-van, a 78-year-old man and the passenger, a 73-year-old woman, were not physically injured.

Neepawa RCMP along with a Forensic Collision Reconstructionist, continue to investigate.
