They're heading down the home stretch In the Western Canadian Baseball League. The regular season schedule is into its final two weeks.

The Moose Jaw Miller Express have dropped to 4th place in the East Division with a 22-22 record. They're in action tonight in Swift Current against the 57s. 

Rambler Park Fastball League the Moose Jaw Canadians will be at Kaplan Field tomorrow, where they’ll play the Okanese Thunderstrikers. 

Tonight in Major League Baseball, it’s the Toronto Blue Jays versus the Tampa Bay Rays at Roger’s Centre. The Jays are 45-54 and in the basement in the American League East.

The Saskatchewan Summer Games continue today in Lloydminster. Moose Jaw has 74 athletes representing Team Southwest in events such as archery, athletics, baseball, basketball, beach volleyball, canoe and kayaking, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis and volleyball. There are also area athletes competing from Central Butte, Coronach, Riverhurst, Tuxford, Caronport, Caron, Assiniboia and Mossbank.

And a number of local Minor Girls Fastball teams are provincial champions - the U15A, U15B, U13A, and U11A ICE teams all brought home gold.
