Nate Mensik, Nathan Houston, Joe Osborn AND Garrett Dennis all hit home runs and the Moose Jaw Miller Express outscored the 57s in Swift Current 13-8 in Western Canadian Baseball League action last night.
The Miller Express have games tonight and tomorrow in Lethbridge against the Bulls, and they’ll be back at Ross Wells Friday night to face the 57s.
Rambler Park Fastball League, the Moose Jaw Canadians will be at Kaplan Field tonight, where they’ll play the Okanese Thunderstrikers.
Major League Baseball, the Toronto Blue Jays fell 4-2 to the Tampa Bay Rays.
Week 8 of the CFL season fires up tomorrow night with the top two teams going head-to-head in Montreal as the 5-1 Saskatchewan Roughriders take on the 5-1 Alouettes. Riders' running back AJ Oullette is out with a hip injury - Frankie Hickson moves into his spot for tomorrow's game.
