Sixteen-year-old Chloe Wills of Kyle is in British Columbia this week competing at the Canadian Women’s Amateur Golf Championship for the second year in a row.

Last year, Chloe earned a hole in one in the opening round of the event in Halifax, where she finished +21 with a two-round score of 165. She's coming off winning a second-straight Saskatchewan U17 girls' championship in early July, winning the event at Deer Park Golf Course in Yorkton with a three-round score of 234, and set the new ladies' course record at the Elmwood Golf Club in Swift Current with a three-under 69 at an MJT event in May.

Chloe will tee off in a practice round at Victoria’s Royal Colwood Golf Club today before the event begins on Tuesday.
