Shirley Plett, 88, of Steinbach passed away Wednesday, July 31st at her residence. She is survived by 3 daughters, 3 sons, 2 sisters-in-law and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Richard, 2 sisters, and 3 brothers.
The funeral service for Shirley Plett will be held Monday, August 5th at 2pm at Morweena Evangelical Mennonite Church at Morweena, with burial at the church cemetery.
Viewing will be at the church prior to the service.

Peacefully, on July 31, 2024, at the age of 88, Shirley passed away into the loving arms of Jesus. We will always remember and forever cherish the precious memories of our dear mom, grandma, great-grandma, aunt and friend. A Celebration of Life was held in her honor at the Morweena EM Church on August 5, 2024.
We, as a family, wish to extend a special thanks to the staff and Home Care at House of Hope in Arborg and Silver Lining Care in Steinbach for heir amazing, compassionate care of mom.
