The Moose Jaw Miller Express continue their uphill climb for a Championship.

On Friday, August 17, the Miller Express took on the Okotoks Dawgs at Ross Wells Park in game two, after losing on the road in game one.

Okotoks came firing out of a cannon in the first five innings with five runs. Moose Jaw counter at the bottom of the fifth with a home run from Austin Gurney for three runs to make the score 5 - 3. Okotoks would hammer another two runs at the top of the seventh and eighth innings for a score of 7 - 3. The Miller Express wasn't going quietly into the night with five more runs to take the lead 8 - 7, and that's where the final score would land after the Dawgs blanked at the top of the ninth.

The third and final game of the championship series is in Okotoks on Saturday, August 17 at 7 PM.
