Driver not injured in early morning semi-cow collision on Highway 3

There was an early Friday morning collision on Highway 3 between a semi and cow that had wandered onto the road.

According to RCMP, the crash occurred around 12:45 a.m. near Road 16 North, about three miles north of Boundary Trails Health Centre.

The semi trailer lost its front axle and wheels in the collision causing it to roll into the ditch.

The 50-year-old driver was not physically injured.
