Fog advisory issued for Winnipeg and other regions

After a soggy start to the week, much of southern Manitoba is starting their day in thick fog.

Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory for southern Manitoba, parts of the Interlake and the City of Winnipeg.  

An extensive area of fog has moved into southern Manitoba leading to thick fog in many areas. 

Environment Canada says visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero.

Conditions will begin to improve as the morning goes on.
