Between September 11 and September 18, 2024, the Kindersley RCMP responded to 34 calls for service, addressing a variety of incidents in the region.

RCMP recovered stolen property from a residence in Kindersley and also responded to a report of a stolen vehicle near Glidden. The vehicle was located abandoned in a field later that same day.

Officers assisted the Saskatchewan Highway Patrol in apprehending an impaired driver on a highway near Kindersley. In a separate incident, someone contacted 911 requesting information about a local community group meeting.

A report was also filed regarding a scam involving the Stars Lottery. RCMP urge residents to exercise caution when dealing with unknown callers, especially those requesting money or gift cards.

Police are currently investigating a complaint of assault involving a weapon in Kindersley.
