There is lots of great stuff going down in Cochrane this weekend.
Great Cochrane Outhouse Races Sunday, September 22
Cheer on the CochraneNow team in our custom-built outhouse. The annual event will have teams of five racing through historic downtown. All outhouses must have a toilet inside, four people from the team will push, and a fifth will ride on the “throne” inside. Registration is at 10 a.m. The race starts at 11 a.m. All proceeds are donated to the Rocky Mountain Rotary Club.
North Cochrane Food Drive Saturday, September 21st
Volunteers will pick up non-perishable food items from homes in Sunset Ridge, Cochrane Heights, Sunterra, Monterra, and Cochrane Lake. Please leave your donations on the front step by 10 a.m. in a new reusable bag or recyclable box.
SLS Spray Park - closes after this weekend
Get out and enjoy the last weekend at SLS Spray Park. Saturday will be sunny with a high of 17 and Sunday will be sunny with a high of 19.
