Theft Under $5000
On October 1st at 1:02PM a call was received from a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue. It was reported a 21-year-old female had stolen merchandise from the store. The female was apprehended in the parking lot and had stolen approximately $500 in merchandise. The goods were returned, and she was released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of December 9th, 2024.
Breach of Probation X2
On October 1st at 3:18PM police located a 27-year-old female who had a Breach of Probation X2 Warrant. She was later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of October 31, 2024.
Possession of Controlled Substance / Failure to Comply with Release Order
On October 1st at 5:17PM police did a walkthrough of a hotel in the 100 block of 10th Street and identified a 22-year-old female who was arrestable from a prior curfew check that proved her in violation. Upon being arrested on this charge, she was found to have a small quantity of meth in her possession. She was held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on October 2nd, 2024.
Theft of Mail / Failure to Attend Court
On October 1st at 8:20PM police conducted a traffic stop in the 1900 block of Victoria Avenue. A 26-year-old female was an occupant of the vehicle and arrested on the strength of the noted warrants. She was held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on October 2nd, 2024.
Breach of Peace
On October 1st at 9:33PM it was reported that two or three people were trying to kick in a door in the 100 block of 19th Street North. Police located three youth males who advised they were playing “Ding dong ditch” and pranking one of their friends. This proved true, however, one 16-year-old youth, due to uncooperativeness and disrespect, was taken to detention cells where a parent was called to attend and picked him up.
Theft Under $5000
On October 2nd at 4:13AM police noted a 22-year-old male in the 100 block of 10th Street. The male was arrested on a Theft Under $5000 Warrant. He was held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on October 2nd, 2024.
