More than $1.2 million of lottery tickets yet to be claimed

A person or persons who purchased a ticket in Calgary is the winner of $1 million on the Saturday (Oct. 5) Lotto 6/49 draw.

According to the Western Canada Lottery Corporation, staff want to hear from the winner or winners.

The prize number was: 27854301-01, a white ball.

The WCLC says they are also searching for a person who bought a Lotto Max draw ticket outside of Calgary and Edmonton and won $250,000.

The winner's number was 6709336.

The people who purchased each ticket have one year to claim their prize and can start their claim by contacting Player Care at 1-800-665-3313.
