Breach of Probation
- On October 12th, Police attended to a disturbance at a residence in the 300 block of 13th. A 22yr old male was located on scene and found to be in breach of his Probation Order for attending this same address. He was lodged until sober and then released on an Undertaking with a Court date in November.
- Police were contacted by a retail store in the 900 block of Victoria Ave advising there was a female in the store contrary to a condition of her Probation Order. The 18yr old was located, charged and released on an Appearance Notice to appear in Court in November.
Theft Under $5,000
At 9:49pm a call was received from a retail store in the 900 block of Victoria Ave indicating that a male had just stolen from the store and had left on foot. Police located the 40yr old suspect in the area and was found to have approximately $189 worth of stolen goods. Released on an Undertaking and scheduled to appear in Court in December.
Impaired Driving
At 3:09 am a witness reported seeing a suspected impaired driver as the vehicle was being driven on the wrong side of the road. The vehicle was stopped in the 100 Block of Richmond Ave and the operator showed signs of impairment. Breath samples were obtained and the driver was found to be over 2 times the legal limit. The 34yr old male was released on an Appearance and is scheduled to appear in Court later in the month.
