City Hall is currently closed for renovations, with plans for completion by November. During this period the city says the public can visit them at the temporary office at 60 Saskatchewan Ave E (Community Safety Office), directly across from City Hall, where they have been operating since July 2. The temporary office will be open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., where frontline staff will assist with in-person inquiries and services.
While the office location has changed, they're mailing address, email, and phone contacts remain the same.
The Operations Department is available to the public Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 pm to 4:30 p.m., with a break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
In case of emergencies, the Fire Hall is always accessible to the public. For general inquiries, its office hours are also Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a lunch closure from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
