They scored 3 goals in just over 3 minutes in the first period and the Seattle Thunderbirds went on to a 4-1 win over the Warriors in Moose Jaw last night.

Connor Schmidt was the only Warrior to score as Seattle outshot Moose Jaw 39-24.

The Warriors are boarding the bus and heading west - first stop Kelowna where they'll play the Rockets on Friday.

The WHL announced yesterday that the Warriors’ Lynden Lakovic is on the roster to compete in the CHL-USA prospects challenge November 26 and 27 in Ontario. 

Senior Boys volleyball last night, Cornerstone shutout Briercrest 3 sets to none, and it was Central over Peacock 3 sets to 2. 

In Tier 1 for the Senior Girls, Cornerstone beat Vanier 3 sets to 2, and it was Peacock over Briercrest 3 sets to 1. 

NHL last night, the Canadiens fell 7-2 to the Rangers, Maple Leafs lost 6-2 to the Blue Jackets, the Jets beat the Blues 3-1, the Canucks doubled up on the Blackhawks 6-3, the Oilers fell 3-2 to the Hurricanes in overtime, the Senators shutout Utah 4-0, and the Flames topped the Penguins in a shootout, 4-3.
