A driver was ticketed $822 and issued a Serious Offense notice this past week after police caught them doing 159 km/h in a 100 km/h zone heading east on Highway 3 out of Morden.
This was just one of 18 speeding tickets doled out by Morden police officers October 15th-21st.
Also highlighted in the department's latest regular report to the public; 9 tickets to drivers not wearing their seatbelts, and 5 tickets for disobeying a traffic control device, namely a stop sign.
