The Canadian Gypsum Company broke ground on a $210 million manufacturing plant earlier this year in May.
Staff with the CGC say they will be hosting public meetings for residents to learn about the new plant. The facility is expected to open by 2026.
The 214-acre site near Carseland will see the wallboard manufacturing plant service home builders, commercial construction companies, and retail partners.
