No tricks, just treaters, say Police Chiefs after quiet Halloween night

It was a beautiful Halloween night, with relatively warm temperatures for this time of year and hardly a tickle of wind. It was also a great night for local police services, with essentially no related disturbances reported.

Winkler Chief Ryan Hunt says his department did not receive any Halloween related calls, with it being a fairly normal evening as far as calls for service.

Morden Chief Brad Neduzak echoed those sentiments, noting it was a very quiet night.

Both Chiefs highlighted the significant number of kids out and about, and that it was great to see there were no issues.

Altona Police Service Chief Dan Defer also reported no Halloween related incidents.
