You can sleep in an extra hour this Sunday morning.

It's because it's that time of the year we 'Fall back' an hour, as we revert to Standard Time.

Just move your clock back one hour on Saturday night before bed and you should be good on Sunday morning.

To be specific the time change happens on Sunday at 2 a.m.

It's also a good idea to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and to test them to ensure they're working.
