Q: Why are you running for council?
A: I’m running for City Council because I believe in Moose Jaw’s potential. I’m committed to making our city a better place for families, businesses, and future generations. I want to bring new energy to council and help build a stronger, more vibrant Moose Jaw. I have experience in leadership, community care, and business. I believe politics is about standing up for the democratic rights and freedoms of our people, ensuring fair representation, and advocating for a Moose Jaw where everyone can thrive.
Q: Do you have experience in public service/community boards/politics?
A: Yes, I have extensive experience leading charitable missions both locally and internationally. Through hands-on support, I’ve worked with diverse communities, driven by a commitment to making a positive difference. My experience has shown me what it takes to lead with,diligence, integrity and impact.
Q: Do you think experience matters one way or another?
A: Experience provides valuable insight, but new perspectives are equally important. I believe combining both creates the best environment for progress, and I’m eager to bring my business and community experience to the council.
Q: What topic/policy issue/incident was the tipping point for you?
A: The need for fair representation, affordable living, and better support for local businesses inspired me to run. These issues are essential for Moose Jaw to grow and prosper, and I want to bring these priorities to the council’s attention.
Q: What criticisms do you have, if any, for the politics you’ve seen over the last two or three years?
A: In recent years, I’ve seen decisions that could be more responsive to the needs of Moose Jaw residents. I believe we need a stronger focus on transparency, prioritizing community needs not just revenue only , and finding practical solutions that truly benefit everyone. Politics should serve the people, and I’m committed to ensuring it does.
Q: What is your plan to compromise/cooperate with fellow council members to accomplish policy goals?
A: My approach is rooted in respect, open communication, and a willingness to find common ground. I believe that listening to all perspectives and focusing on shared goals will help us make the best decisions for Moose Jaw. Working alongside fellow council members, I’m committed to building consensus and fostering a cooperative environment where we can achieve real progress together.
Q: What else do you want voters to know about you?
A: I’m deeply invested in Moose Jaw’s future, not just as a candidate, but as a lifelong resident, business owner, and community advocate. I’m here to represent everyone’s interests, from youth and families to seniors safety and benefits , and to ensure that Moose Jaw remains a place we’re all proud to call home. I believe in practical, people-first solutions, and I’m ready to work hard to make a positive difference.

A: As a group of independent, like-minded candidates focused on revitalizing Moose Jaw. Each of us brings unique strengths and addresses different priorities. This approach allows us to tackle Moose Jaw’s challenges from multiple angles, while each candidate maintains their independence and commitment to positive change for our community.
