A newly recruited family physician is now practising in Grande Prairie, improving access to care for local and area residents.
Dr. Ehioze (Oz) Isoa is a family medicine physician practising at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital and the Grande Prairie Primary Care Network After-Hours Clinic. He is supporting the emergency department, inpatient and outpatient services, and long-term care at the hospital, as well as providing community care at the after-hours clinic.
Dr. Isoa received his medical training and completed his residency in Nigeria, his home country. He moved to Calgary in 2008 and arrived in northern Alberta last month. Outside of work, Dr. Isoa enjoys reading, travelling, soccer and social events.
