WPS warn Manitobans of new form of fentanyl

The Winnipeg Police Service is warning residents of a new form of fentanyl that has appeared in Winnipeg. 

The fentanyl has been pressed and packaged into unique shapes that look similar to cut-out cookies, colourful candles, soaps or confections.

As WPS continues to investigate, officers can't stress enough that if you come across similar items do not touch them and report to the police non-emergency line 204-986-6222. Call 911 if you are in a medical crisis.
