Skaters unite, the High River skatepark redesign plans will be revealed on Friday

The second workshop for the redesign of High River's skatepark is coming up this Friday.

Everyone's invited to join employees of the Town and members of New Line Skateparks as they reveal two to three new redesigns for the skatepark across from Highwood High School.

The first workshop was focused on feedback from students at both Highwood High School and Notre Dame Collegiate.

The meeting is in the Cargill Field House at the Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex this Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Town Council will give their final design approval sometime in March and will then be seeking grants and community partnerships before going ahead with construction.
