Highway 567 has reopened between Range Road 40 and Big Hill Springs Trail, west of Airdrie and northeast of Cochrane, following a motor vehicle collision earlier this morning.

511 Alberta confirmed the reopening, and traffic is moving normally in the area.
Airdrie and surrounding areas continue to experience winter weather conditions, with periods of snow and local accumulations of up to 5 cm. The high for the day is expected to reach 2 C, with a low UV index of 1.
Tonight, skies will be partly cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of flurries this evening. Winds will be light, up to 15 km/h, with temperatures dipping to -9 C and a wind chill of -12 C overnight.
Looking ahead to Tuesday, March 4, a mix of sun and cloud is expected, becoming sunny near noon. Winds will remain light, and the high will reach 4 C, though a morning wind chill of -11 C is expected. The night will be clear, with temperatures dropping to -9 C.
