RCMP's campaign spotlights someone known to frequent the Foothills

This week's RCMP Wanted Wednesday campaign features someone known to be in the area.

Jan-Anne August is wanted by the RCMP for various crimes, and her known areas of activity include Calgary, Foothills County, Bragg Creek, Lethbridge County, Vulcan, Vulcan County, and more.

August was previously featured in a Wanted Wednesday post back in November, and she is still wanted by the police.

While her last known location is unknown, the RCMP are advising people to not approach her if she is seen.

Instead, the RCMP are asking people to contact either local law enforcement or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) for those who wish to remain anonymous.
