A new Canadian company held a grand opening on Wednesday in the Aldersyde industrial area.
Vivi Gro Sustainable Solutions Limited opened its new warehouse close to Cargill along Highway 2A.

The general manager for Alberta, David Rauser hosted the event with special guest speakers.
Team members spoke of their passion for being better stewards of the land by using more eco-friendly solutions.

They focus on sustainable solutions for farmers and gardeners no matter the size of their operation.
The company formed in B.C. in the mid-2000s, expanding west and their new head office is now located in Calgary.
They do understand the need for some pesticides, but they are focused on regenerating your soil health in more eco-friendly ways.
Currently, they are working with four large Hutterite colonies across the prairies, and they work with approximately 250 commercial gardeners.
They also held a lunch for the hungry crowd courtesy of JRRR BBQ.
