Donald “Butch” Lubiens, late of Regina, SK, passed peacefully on Monday, March 17, 2025, at the age of 86 years. He was predeceased by his grandson Kelsey. Don is survived by his wife of 67 years, Joan; daughters Kim (John) and Terry (Sunil); son Donnie (Ang); grandchildren Tia, Dylan (Kim), Skye, Kiana (Adrian); Alicia and Sydnee (Ross); Travis (Nicole), Bria, Ben and Calli; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Don farmed in Fillmore for many years before he and Joan moved to Regina in 2013. He loved sports, music and getting together with family and friends. If there was a party, Butch would be there!
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fillmore Recreational Centre, c/o Community Enhancement Committee, Box 13, Fillmore, SK, S0G 1N0.
Memorial Service will be held at Fillmore Memorial Hall, 22 Wesley Avenue, Fillmore, SK, on Friday, April 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Private Interment at a later date.
