The Town of Okotoks is calling all artists.

They've started taking submissions for the 2025 Nooks & Crannies Festival.

It's an annual art festival that sees exhibits made of recycled materials displayed all around the downtown streets.

This year's event will run from July 19 to Aug. 23, and, as always, will feature a scavenger hunt component.

Walking tours will also be available, with adult and family tours planned.

Though it's unclear how many applications will be accepted, last year's festival featured 17 exhibits.

A panel of judges will select 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, who will receive prizes of $1,500, $1,250, and $1,000 respectively, though all participating artists will receive a minimum $300 fee.

Artists interested in taking part must submit a proposal, including a design, a list of required materials, and a written proposal.
