Funeral Date: April 11, 2025 
Julia Wiebe, 76, of Morris passed away Saturday, April 5th at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach. She is survived by 2 daughters, and 1 son. She was predeceased by 1 sister and 2 brothers. 
The celebration of life for Julia Wiebe will be held Friday, April 11th at 2pm at Morris Fellowship Chapel with burial at Hespeler Cemetery, Niverville.  
Viewing will be at Morris Funeral Home Thursday, April 10th from 7 to 8pm and at the church prior to the service. 
Donations may be made to World Vision Canada.

We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of Julia Wiebe (nee Sofronuik), beloved mother, grandmother and true believer of Jesus Christ. She passed away peacefully in the very early morning on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the Steinbach Hospital. She is survived by her children Jolene (Ray (Herb)), Jessica (Fred), Jonathan and her cherished grandchildren Shianne, Shania, Kayla, Drayden and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Mike and Juliana Sofronuik, brothers Danny and Leon, and her sister Virginia Kehler.

Throughout Julia’s life, she exemplified kindness and generosity. She was always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need, embodying the teachings of her faith. Her gentle soul left a lasting imprint on all these who knew her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for her compassionate heart and selfless spirit.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 2:00 pm at the Morris Fellowship Chapel, with a burial at the Hespeler Cemetery in Niverville, immediately following the service. Viewing will be at the Morris Funeral Home, Thursday, April 10, 2025 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and at the church prior to the service.

The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to the healthcare team at Steinbach Hospital ER and a special thank you to the nurses: Corey and Melissa on the surgical floor. In Julia's memory donations may be made to World Vision Canada.
