First Saskatchewan Marshals to be sworn in at end of April

The first class of Saskatchewan Marshals will be sworn in at the end of the month. This news closely follows the creation of the Saskatchewan Marshals Service's (SMS) first Regional Headquarters, which is to be located in the North Battleford area.

Representatives from SMS, the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety, as well as other stakeholders will be present at Prince Albert's Ches Leach Lounge at the Art Hauser Centre on April 24, to attend the ceremony, and will have the opportunity to speak with members of the province's newest police service.
