Breach of the Peace
On April 13th at 9:03AM police received a call of a male sleeping in someone’s vehicle in the 800 block of Rosser Avenue. The vehicle owner had attempted to make the unwelcome guest leave the vehicle prior to calling the police. Police attended and a 31-year-old male was arrested and held in detention cells for Breach of the Peace.
Arrest Warrant
On April 13th at 12:29PM Police located and arrested a 37-year-old female at her residence, 600 block of 9th Street, on the strength of her unendorsed Warrant for Arrest (Breach of Probation). She was held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on April 14th, 2025.
On April 14th at 1:20AM police located and arrested a 40-year-old male in the 200 block of 4th Street for a Theft that occurred on April 5th, 2025. The suspect was identified via video surveillance where he stole $1582 cash after popping open a till at a business in the 100 block of 5th Street. The male was later released on an Undertaking with a court date of June 16th, 2025.
Assault
On April 13th at 12:42PM Police attended a residence in the 400 block of 11th Street. A 36-year-old female was arrested for assaulting her boyfriend, a 41-year-old male. He alleges she slapped him in the face. She was later released on an Undertaking with a court date of May 20th, 2025.
Theft Under $5000 / Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)
On April 13th at 8:43PM an employee at a store located in the 900 block of 9th Street reported a suspect had just stolen $50 worth of merchandise. Upon arriving, the suspect was pointed out standing outside of the store. She was apprehended and found to be in possession of 2 small baggies of meth. She was arrested and later released on an Undertaking with a court date of June 12th, 2025.
