The Toronto Maple Leafs scored four unanswered goals against the host Buffalo Sabres last night, winning the NHL's Atlantic Division for the first time. The Leafs will go on to play the Ottawa Senators in the opening round of the playoffs.
Speaking of the Senators, they suffered a 4–3 loss thanks to a goal under a minute into overtime by the visiting Chicago Blackhawks' Frank Nay-Zahr.
And the Calgary Flames clawed their way to a 5–4 win against the visiting Vegas Golden Knights yesterday, forcing overtime with three goals in the third period. The game went into a shootout with Morgan Frost scoring the game winner.
