The Unity Chamber of Commerce is hosting a special candidate forum for the 2025 Federal Election on Tuesday night from 6:30-8:00 PM at the Unity Community Centre.
On stage will be federal candidates in the Battlefords-Lloydminster-Meadow Lake riding: Darrell Patan of the Canadian Future Party, Larry Ingram of the Liberal Party, and William Petryk of the NDP. The fourth name on the ballot, incumbent Conservative member Rosemarie Falk, is not expected to be at the forum.
Another candidate forum was held last week in Lloydminster with Patan, Ingram, and Petryk taking part once again without the incumbent member Falk. Similar to that event, the crowd will get a chance to hear directly from the candidates on their positions about important issues, also answering pre-submitted questions from people in attendance.
Four days of advanced polling ended Monday, ahead of election day on April 28.
