Symptoms to watch out for include a fever of 38.3° C or higher, a cough, runny nose and/or red eyes, and a rash that appears three to seven days after a fever.

Anyone experiencing measles symptoms is advised to stay home and call Health Link at 811.

As of April 22, there have been 118 confirmed measles cases, with 29 of them classified as "new" cases.

The latest information on potential measles exposures can be seen on the AHS website.
