A man who was previously reported missing in Airdrie has been found safe, say RCMP.
The individual had last been seen on Friday, April 18 at approximately 2:45 p.m. in the city. Police issued a public request for assistance earlier this week, stating they were concerned for the man’s well-being and hoping to speak with him.
At the time, investigators released a physical description and noted what the man had been wearing when he was last seen. On Wednesday, Airdrie RCMP confirmed the individual had been located. No further details are being released.
"Alberta RCMP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance," the detachment said in a short statement.
