Despite the Grande Prairie Storm's loss to the Calgary Canucks in the Inter Pipeline Cup finals, the team is now headed to the Centennial Cup. Grande Prairie was defeated by the Calgary Canucks 7-3 in game 4 of the playoffs, losing the best of seven series 4-0.
The Storm organization is incredibly proud of the players and coaching staff for an impressive playoff run.
The Grande Prairie Storm heads to the Centennial Cup, held May 8-18 in Calgary at the Max Bell Centre.
The tournament features 10 teams, including the host Calgary Canucks and representatives from various junior hockey leagues across Canada.
