Elections Canada has released more data on Canada's record-shattering advance polling weekend.
An estimated 7.3 million people voted in advance from April 18 to 21.
That's a 25 per cent increase compared to 2021, which saw 5.8 advance polling ballots cast.
The newly-released province-by-province figures show some interesting trends.

Just like in 2021, voting peaked on the last day that advance polls were open, though the first day was also fairly busy this year.
Alberta saw an increase of 23 per cent, just below the countrywide average.
The province with the biggest percentile increase was Newfoundland and Labrador, at 41 per cent.
Saskatchewan saw the lowest provincial increase, with just 11 per cent.
Regarding the territories, Nunavut had the highest increase at 19 per cent, with Northwest Territories seeing a 3 per cent increase.
Canada's 44th election in 2021 saw an estimated voter turnout of 17,209,000.
If the 25 per cent increase from advance polling is reflected this year, the 2025 election will see around 21,511,250 votes.
Election day is scheduled for April 28, 2025.
