It’s federal election day as Moose Jaw residens will be hitting the polls to election the Member of Parliament for the riding of Moose Jaw – Lake Centre – Lanigan. 

The regular polls will be open today from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. at polling stations across the city. 

To find the locations for the polling station you can vote at, refer to your voter information card or look it up on the Elections Canada website

Those eligible to vote must be: 

  • be a Canadian citizen 
  • be at least 18 years old on election day 
  • prove your identity and address 

Registered voters should have received a voter information card in the mail that will provide information on where and when you can vote. If you did not received a voter information card, you can look up your assigned polling station on election day and you can register and update your information at the polling station. To make the voting process easier, you must bring your voter information card and accepted ID to the polling station. A list of acceptable ID can be found here

  • Fraser Tolmie, Conservative Party (Incumbent)
  • Tabitha Mukamusoni, Liberal Party 
  • Britt Baumann, New Democratic Party 
  • Chey Craik, People’s Party 
  • Mike Gardiner, Green Party
