The Marysburg Royals go to 2-0 in the early going of the season following their 12-2 rout of the Saskatoon Outlaws in last night's Saskatoon Senior League. Taylor Rueve led the way with three big hits driving in 5 Royals runs. Rueve doubled in the second scoring two, singled in the third for another pair, and capped his evening with one more RBI on a single in the fifth.  

Marek Yeager joined the Royals on the mound, allowing one hit and only two runs in his outing with Thomas Lessmeister coming in for one scoreless inning in relief.  

The Royals showed their at bat savvy producing 10 hits in the game and securing a dozen walks. The Royals stonewalled their opponents on defense committing no errors. 

The Royals have a home double header on Saturday, May 24.
