Airdrie’s Main Street south of Yankee Valley Boulevard will close to all traffic starting 8 p.m. Sunday for a utility tie-in and remain shut down until 5 a.m. Thursday.
A city-issued detour map shows a full closure from May 25 to May 29, with traffic rerouted via Sierra Springs Drive.
Airdrie Transit said the work will suspend service at three stops along Main Street: #1114 (southbound at Co-op), #1034 (northbound at Sierra Springs Drive), and #1123 (northbound at Co-op).

The city has not identified which utility provider is completing the tie-in.

Jensen Crescent and Jensen Place – Road closures began May 19 and will run until July 5 for water distribution rehabilitation.

Residents are advised to follow posted signage and allow extra travel time in affected areas.
