The Moose Jaw Miller Express were outscored 13-10 in Medicine Hat last night in their first game of the new Western Canadian Baseball League season. 

The Millers' home opener is tonight at Ross Wells Park versus the Saskatoon Berries who were shutout 9-0 by the Beavers in Weyburn last night.

Also, last evening, the Regina Red Sox blasted Swift Current 11-1.

It's a re-match! The Edmonton Oilers earned a shot at the defending Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers with a 6-3 win over the Stars in Dallas last night, winning the Western Conference final, four-games-to-one.

Game one of the Stanley Cup finals is Wednesday night in Edmonton.

Moose Jaw Warriors fans can get a look at the future this weekend as our Western Hockey League club welcomes 30 of their top prospects in their spring development camp. The first on-ice session is today at 2 o'clock at Caronport's Barkman Arena.

It's game night at Mosaic Stadium as the Saskatchewan Roughriders host Winnipeg to wrap up the CFL pre-season. Game time is 7 o'clock.

And, the bats came alive for the Toronto Blue Jays last night. After scoring just 6 runs on a 6-game road trip, the Jays scored 12 last night in a 12-0 shutout of the Athletics.
