Failure to Comply Release Order

On June 1st at 8:15PM police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Rosser Avenue. A 31-year-old male was found to be in the company of a 34-year-old female of which he had a No Contact Release Order with. The 31-year-old male was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on June 2nd, 2025.

 Breach of the Peace

On June 1st at 10:13PM police were called to a disturbance in the 600 block of 10th Street. A highly intoxicated 48-year-old female was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the property. The female was arrested, medically cleared due to intoxication level, and held in BPS detention cells. She will be released once sober.

Failure to Comply Undertaking

On June 1st at 11:52PM police conducted a persons check in the 000 block of 9th Street. The 30-year-old male was highly intoxicated, yelling and causing a public disturbance. The male was found to be breaching his Undertaking curfew condition. He was arrested, medically cleared, held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on June 2nd, 2025.

 Break Enter and Commit, Assault with a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon, Uttering Threats

On May 27th, 2025, two females pushed their way into an apartment in the 000 block of 15th Street. One of them was carrying a knife, demanding money, and making threats. It was determined the one suspect was a 26-year-old female, known to the male resident. The other female remains unknown at this time. On June 1st BPS members located the identified female and arrested her. She was later released via Undertaking with a court date of August 11th, 2025.

 Arrest Warrants

On June 1st at approximately 2:30PM police were called to a disturbance in the 000 block of 9th Street. Upon member arrival the disturbance had seized, however two females were located (Ages 14 & 16) who each had an endorsed Warrant for Arrest (Failure to Comply Release Order).  They were arrested and later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of July 8th, 2025 for the 16-year-old and August 11th, 2025, for the 14-year-old.

IPDA

On June 1st at 3:54PM BPS received a report of an intoxicated male who fell in the 300 block of 18th St North and was staying down. The 43-year-old male was located and found to be highly intoxicated. He was arrested, medically cleared and held in BPS detention cells to be released once sober.

 RCMP Warrant Executed

On June 1st at 5:40PM BPS members spotted a male in the 700 block of 10th Street who was known to have a Warrant for Arrest (RCMP). The male was arrested, held in detention cells and will attend court in the morning on June 2nd, 2025.
