Strathmore's newest breakfast restaurant celebrated its grand opening.
On Wednesday, (June 4) Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House held its grand opening ceremony, complete with decorations and a gift card raffle.
The restaurant held its soft opening on Mar. 26 as staff prepared for its official opening date.
"When we opened initially, the town was excited to check out the new place. The first month was really busy," said owner Jay Shaw. "It's kind of amounted to routine where it's a little bit slowed down."
Although business had slowed since the soft launch, Shaw is expecting excitement to ramp up around the grand opening.
"With this advertisement of the grand opening, we've found a lot of people are excited about it, especially over the food that we offer," added Shaw. "Some of them are really excited to try new items at half-price."
The restaurant serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch - offering pancakes, burgers, salads, and an extensive breakfast menu.
Stacked is located on Archie Klaiber Trail near the Starbuck's and Arby's.
